7th Grade Squad

Seventh grade cheerleading is a year-round sport at CCMS. We have tryouts in February of the students’ sixth grade year, and we immediately begin practicing with our new squad.  The cheerleaders go to UCA camp each summer where they are able to compete against other squads from around the region.  The girls are looking forward to cheering for seventh grade football, volleyball, basketball, and wrestling this year.

8th Grade Squad 

Eighth grade cheerleaders cheer and practice year-round.  We attend and participate in many events throughout the school year and the summer.  We attend UCA summer camp where we compete against other middle school squads.  We are now preparing to cheer for the upcoming season.  We will cheer football, volleyball, basketball, and wrestling.

CCMS Mascots

Our mascot program is in its third year, and we’re off to a great start!  At Auburn’s UCA Camp this summer, our mascots squared off against mascots from across the South and held their own.
